
Cake for breakfast? It doesn't get much better than that!
Combine the oats, cocoa powder, banana, baking powder, maple syrup, oat milk and flaxseed mixture in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small ovenproof dish and sprinkle over the chopped dark chocolate. Bake for 25-30 mins, or until springy to touch.
Serve warm topped with yoghurt, almond butter, berries and extra chopped dark chocolate.
