
Ah, new beginnings, and a season that will surprise you with its abundance. It’s also the time for one of my all-time favourite cabbages: the January King.

STAYING IN SEASON: apples, beetroot, butternut squash & other squash/pumpkins, carrots, chicory, cauliflower, celeriac, clementines & other citrus, garlic, endive, January King cabbage, Jerusalem artichoke, kale, leeks, onions, parsnips, pears, pomegranates, savoy cabbage, spring greens, swede, turnips
LAST MONTH TO ENJOY: brussels sprouts, horseradish, persimmons, radicchio, white cabbage
